Catenaa, Sunday, February 15, 2026- Sky Venture Labs announced the launch of a Malaysia delivery hub aimed at accelerating digital and AI transformation for startups and corporates across Asia.
The hub will support product strategy, design, engineering, growth systems, and fundraising readiness, helping teams deliver revenue-driven software from MVP to production with enterprise-standard governance and reporting.
The Malaysia hub offers a structured delivery model across four areas: product and go-to-market strategy, UX/UI design and engineering, growth systems with analytics and partner support, and fundraising preparation including pitch refinement and KPI tracking.
AI is applied selectively to improve operational efficiency, analytics, and customer workflows, with outcomes measured through straightforward reporting.
Startups building fintech, B2B SaaS, commerce platforms, marketplaces, and SMEs, as well as corporates running innovation pilots, are primary beneficiaries.
Engagements run in four- to eight-week sprints for MVPs or feature expansions, supported by weekly operator reviews.
Quarterly follow-ups provide roadmap execution, optimization, and growth experiment support. Corporate pilots are delivered with scoped implementation, compliance awareness, and milestone tracking.
Allen Tan Chee Hoe, co-founder of Sky Venture Labs, leads the initiative, drawing on more than 15 years of experience launching products, onboarding over 4 million users, and supporting projects that raised more than $100 million.
Operational leadership for the Malaysia hub is managed by Chief of Staff Huyen, supported by local strategic partners Eddie Tan Tian En, Sheena Lee, and Viv Chow, providing regional connectivity and execution support.
The hub aims to close the execution gap for practical AI adoption and digital modernization in Asia, enabling organizations to implement measurable improvements in speed, cost, and customer experience while supporting expansion across key markets.
