Cysic, Billions Partner on Web3 Identity

Cysic and Billions partner on Web3 identity

Catenaa, Thursday, January 29, 2026-Cysic announced a strategic partnership with Billions Friday to expand privacy-preserving identity verification across Web3, enabling bot-resistant, scalable identity for billions of users.

The collaboration combines Billions’ zero-knowledge identity network with Cysic’s hardware-accelerated compute infrastructure to address trust and verification challenges in decentralized systems.

Web3 adoption has highlighted persistent identity issues, including sybil attacks, automated bots manipulating governance, and repeated invasive KYC procedures.

By integrating Cysic’s custom ASICs, GPU clusters, and distributed prover network, Billions can scale its privacy-first identity network efficiently while maintaining low latency and affordability.

The partnership allows users to prove uniqueness without revealing personal data, supporting fair airdrops, sybil-resistant governance, and portable KYC across multiple chains and applications.

Billions’ network currently serves more than 2.2 million verified users and over 9,000 projects, including major enterprises such as HSBC and TikTok.

Scaling to billions of participants, including AI agents, requires robust computational resources, which Cysic provides.

The integration aims to create a fairer Web3 ecosystem by rewarding real users and reducing exposure of personal data. Developers gain a scalable identity layer, and investors benefit from stronger network trust and reduced fraud risks.

The partnership addresses the growing need for privacy-preserving, scalable identity infrastructure as AI and decentralized applications proliferate.

The initiative positions Cysic and Billions as central players in creating bot-proof, privacy-first identity solutions for the expanding Web3 ecosystem.
