As it approaches its 15th anniversary, the exchange is focusing on AI-powered trading tools and expanded real-world asset (RWA) offerings.
In 2025, BTCC recorded $3.27 trillion in futures volume and $431 billion in spot trading. Tokenized RWA trading surged from $1.2 billion in Q1 to $22.7 billion in Q4, with total futures volume reaching $53.1 billion.
The exchange maintained monthly Proof of Reserves reporting, keeping reserves consistently above 100 percent, and introduced a refreshed user interface, VIP program updates, and TradingView integration for futures trading.
BTCC expanded its global presence through events including TOKEN2049 in Dubai and Singapore, a Summer Festival in Tokyo, and a Taipei Blockchain Week MVP Night.
The exchange also partnered with NBA All-Star Jaren Jackson Jr. as a global brand ambassador and received the Best Centralized Exchange (Community Choice) award from BeInCrypto.
For 2026, BTCC plans to integrate AI for risk management and trade execution optimization, broaden its RWA product suite with new asset classes and trading pairs, and launch a next-generation trading platform with derivatives, spot markets, multi-asset matching engines, and wealth management features.
